Chow Mein / Udon
It’s not easy to choose from the three kinds of equally tasty noodles. The egg noodles used in Chow Mein have a rich, buttery taste that goes well with Char-Siu, prawn and meat. Singapore vermicelli is made of rice and is extra thin. Stir-fried in a generous amount of vegetables and meat, it is full-flavoured. Udon, which is thick, firm, and chewy, turns into a gratifying dish when married to seafood and meat.
